We Support people in their own home from personal care, shopping, budgeting, meal preparation, medication, hospital appointments, days out and holidays. We offer a bespoke service tailored to the individuals needs of support, long or short term. From people who need support when they leave hospital for a brief time to long term and specialize in supporting people with learning disabilities, dementia and other medical conditions. All Staff are fully trained and have between myself and our senior support worker have over 25years experience and always put our customer first.

I started the company after the Adult learning disability team closed in Derby and I was made redundant, I gained a lot of experience in 10 years of working with a wide range of disabilities. With personal experience of caring for my sister who had learning disability, my grandmother with dementia and my farther with a cancer I feel having experience these things I understand better how the person always needs to be treated with confidence and respect and how important their family also need supported and have someone they can trust and rely on.

We have liability insurance, and all staff have enhanced CRB checks and business car insurance for supporting people in their car and all staff are fully trained and receive ongoing training. We are signed up to Think Local Act Personal and also to Dementia Friends.

We take the GDPR act 2018 seriously and have systems in place were confidentiality is maintained and only shared if deemed required for the support and care and safety of the person we are supporting.
